National Bank Ramadan & Eid Campaign 2026 - FAQ
1. What is the Campaign Offer?
10% discount with a maximum cap of BDT 500 per transaction.
The offer is applicable for two (02) transactions per National Bank Credit Card.

2. What is the campaign duration?
The offer is valid from 15th February 2026, 00:00:00 to 15th March 2026, 23:59:59. However, Bank and/or Daraz reserve the right to extend or withdraw the offer, or modify or change it at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
3. How can I access and utilize the offer?
The offer can be availed of only by collecting discount vouchers.
4. Is collecting a discount voucher mandatory to avail of the discount?
Yes, to take advantage of the discount, customers must collect the discount voucher.
5. If I do not collect the discount voucher, will I not get the discount?
If the voucher is not collected, the discount will not apply, although the transaction can be completed without a discount.
6. Do I have to enter/type a voucher code at checkout to get a discount?
No, the customer just needs to click on the 'Collect' button to collect the voucher, and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
7. Is there a transaction limit to avail of the discount?
Yes. The minimum transaction amount required is BDT 1,799 to avail the discount. However, to take advantage of the discount, customers must collect the discount voucher.
8. Which cards are eligible for this offer?
All National Bank Visa and Mastercard Credit cardholders are eligible for this offer.
9. Is the offer applicable for EMI?
No. The offer is not applicable for EMI transactions.
10. Is there any category restriction?
Yes. Offer is applicable for all category products available at Daraz EXCEPT choice, water purifiers, mother & baby items, digital goods (gift card, top-up), packaging material, motorcycles, and e-bikes.
11. Is the offer applicable to all platforms?

No. The offer is applicable for App Only.
