Eligibility
- Minimum age of the borrower 25 years
- Maximum age of the borrower at the end of the loan tenor 60 years
- Salaried Person: Minimum 2 years in total, with min. 6 months of continuous employment with present employer & minimum monthly income of Tk.25000.00
- Professional: Minimum 2 year of total practice in the profession & minimum monthly income of Tk.30000.00
- Businessman: Minimum 2 year of involvement in business & minimum monthly income of Tk.35000.00
Required Documents
- Passport or voter identity or driver license or employee ID of Ward Commissioners certificate with photo attachment
- Employer certificate for service holders of firm/Salary certificate/Salary Slip.
- Borrower & Guarantee details with recent color photograph
- Copy of recent Tax certificate
- Bank Statement for last 06 months
- Copy of utility bills
